I am Tina Abadi, a registered psychotherapist based in Thornhill, Ontario. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Yorkville University, and I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of life's challenges.

I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from various psychotherapeutic frameworks. With a background in psychology and counseling, I practice from a person-centered perspective, providing a safe, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I support clients through a wide range of challenges, from everyday stressors like career pressure, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, to deeper struggles such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and mood instability. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, empowering you to take control of your narrative and build resilience together.
